This project involved the complete execution of a luxury private villa located in North Obhour, Jeddah. The scope was delivered as a full turnkey solution, with HL managing the entire lifecycle of the development.
beginning from the initial conceptual and detailed design phases through to the final fit-out and furniture supply (FF&E) phases. The total Built-up Area (BuA) for the structure is 1,500 sqm, which includes the comprehensive design and execution of the surrounding landscape and an integrated overflow swimming pool
